I need a simple temperature, maybe also fan speed monitor, for an Asus P4C800-E
Deluxe system running Windows XP. I tried Asus' PcProbe utility as supplied on the
CD and also the 2.22.04 version onf the web site. They both display absurd values,
like negative fan speeds and crash with divide by zero errors. For example:
"Exception EZeroDivide in module AsmiTHFA.dll at 0000252B. Floating point division
by zero."

What's good and simple and not too invasive ?

You might want to try Motherboard Monitor http://mbm.livewiredev.com/ . It
has a large number of types pre-defined and I've had some success using it
with boards that aren't listed.
