TEMP folder (all caps)

Where is the "TEMP" folder (all caps)
supposed to be located ???

I believe I moved mine by mistake, while working in Windows Explorer,
because it's now under Documents and Settings.
It's subfolders are:
Application Data
Cookies
Favorites
Local Settings
andTemplates

You TEMP folders are located under local setting and Windows directory.

Can you tell me one more thing please, ?

Under Documents and Settings,
The only sub-folder, that "doesn't" have,
Local Settings/Temp
is the "All Users" folder.

Is that the same on your system ?
