I was using CCleaner and I've switched to Windows Cleanup! Which is the
better or do they both perform equally well?

I just want to keep my system clean. I use Adaware, Spybot Search and
Destroy, Spyblaster, EZ Anitvirus, and MS antispyware as well as Cleanup!
but I used to use CCleaner which I thought did about the same thing. Should
I use both? I want to get rid of temp files and unused files etc.

What does that mean 'keep your system clean'? That's an
advertising/marketing line. It's particularly important when dealing with a
computer to know what you want, since a computer has no judgement of its
own.

Above all, do not fall for the hype and start performing wholesale
'cleaning'. The best way to run a computer is with knowledge. We can point
you to any number of well-researched websites that will explain how to
maintain your computer and what it all means.
