Telephony Registry settings

My computer crashed, thought it was the telephony registry
settings, changed them without saving an old copy. Turned
out to be blaster worm. Now internet connect is slow, due
to the registry changes. System restore didn't work. I
need the original telephony registry settings for Windows
2000.
