Hello, I am looking for some technical articles on WinPE and how it
works exactly? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Also the last two TechNet magazines have had extensive articles on
WinPE. Check on the TechNet website to see if they archive the magazine
articles there. If not, perhaps you have a friend or colleague who is a
member of TechNet and has the magazine.
