What happens, does any information display on the monitor?
How far does the boot process get before it fails?
Does it pass POST?
Do you get an error message?
Is your firewall turned ON, do you run anti-virus 100% of
the time and keep it up to date?
Have you applied all the MS patches?
You could have a hardware failure, a software problem, a
virus, only you must report more than "I have a problem" if
you want help.
