i'm not sure what this is but it keeps popping up saying problem opening.
does anyone know what it is and how to sort. thanks in advance

Please submit a sample of "tctkvm.exe" to Virus Total --
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
The submission will then be tested against 18 different AV vendor's scanners.
That will give you an idea what it is and who recognizes it. In addition, unless told
otherwise, Virus Total will provide the sample to all participating vendors.

You can also submit a suspect, one at a time, via the following email URL...

When you get the report, please post back the exact results.

David's suggestion is pretty self-explanatory. Since a Google for
"tctkvm.exe" doesn't bring up any links, if you submit the file to
VirusTotal they will send it to all those antivirus companies and let
you know if any of the av companies identify the file as a virus. Or
not a virus.

While you wait to hear from VirusTotal, you can make sure your computer
is clean:

And when you are sure the computer is clean if the file is still being
called, you can do some clean-boot troubleshooting to try and determine
where it is coming from:
