In your "From:" field, change to <[email protected]>
Reply-To: pas_d'(e-mail address removed)
Remove your "Reply-To:" field (leave it blank).

Instead, if you want email replies, give an email address in the
"Signature" part of your post (after the text body) in the form of:

"Email to: <pas_d'adresseATsparkwireDOTcom>
or: <pas_d'(e-mail address removed)> or similar.

You should do what the other replies recommend. Your posts will
show that you're "coming from" .fr but that's OK -- who cares.

Newsgroup posts have headers similar to email headers. He got your
information from your post's headers. The actual information in the
headers depends on what your news reader and your ISP allow, block, or
add in them.

Ok !

Do you know any kind of freeware i could use to post anonymously on
newsgroups like this one ?

It's *not* the software that you are using, it is the newsserver that
you use that gives away your IP address. _change your newsserver_ to
one who does things *correctly* or find an alternative such as a free
news service.

Browse "Google Groups" for "alt.free.newsservers" for info.

i think and know it is bad for you lock doors NOW no fooling NOW run hide

The server you are using for posting adds an NNTP-Posting-Host header.
It gives your IP address. With the IP, it's easy to look up some basic
stuff.

Your Path header also indicates you posted to a server in France,
freens1-a.free.fr.

That'll work, but a lot of people filter posts made through anonymous
remailers.
