Tasks - How can I edit the Priority&Status lists

If I don't want to use the default priorities (High, Mid , Low) and I want to use personal priorities (A1, A2 , A3, B1, B2, B3...
How can I do it
Same question about the Status list (In Progress...

You can't. The values you see actually correspond to Outlook constants and
only those constants are allowed for those fields.
