nothing is letting me scan. The internet will not let a second
window come up. It says there was and error and windows has to
close. It also won't let my 'open in new window'. it won't let me
copy anything on the computer it's self. Nortan will not scan
either and that is all I have. I can't download anything b/c
explorer will shut down. I don't know what to do.

It should be found on your machine in these two folders >>>
C:\WINDOWS\system32
and
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache
winsrv.exe is not legitimate. Neither is kn0x.exe.

I updated my computer with servive pack 2 (I think) and it gave
me an error message and I fixed it. The error said winsrv was
missing. I did as windows instructed me to do and now things
won't show up in my task bar at the bottom of the screen. I
can't uninstal the service pack 2. Windows will not let me
install the k885523 thing to instal before the service pack 2.
What should I do?
