TaskPad Different than TaskList

I have a client that has Windows Small Business Server Pre 2003, with
Outlook 2003. The TaskPad in the Calander view doesn't show all of their
tasks, but the task list does.

Is their a way to change the default view of the TaskPad to display all
tasks?
