You likely have a Virus - W32.Spybot.Worm!!
1. Go NOW to:
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml
and download (free) Process Explorer v7 for Windows
(bottom of Page)!
2. Use this to look for a Process with a name LIKE 'winlodr.SCR',
and KILL IT! NOTE its Name.
3. If you can now run Task Manager continue, otherwise repeat 2.!
4. Run Windows Explorer, Search for a File with the Name you used in 2.
5. DELETE ALL INSTANCES YOU FIND!!!!!!
(Probably 2, one in '...\Prefetch\...', the other in '...\System32\')
6. ASAP use a reliable Virus Program to 'clean your machine.
