Taskmanager Processes changed to Uppercase?

Why would all the processes listed in the Taskmanager suddenly all appear in
uppercase. They have always been mostly lowercase reflecting how they're
saved on file. Not sure what I did but noticed this yesterday and have
rebooted several times since. Is there a switch somewhere to turn it back to
lowercase/saved case?

Virus/Spyware scanned.
Using xpProSP2.
