Tasker from Public Folders

Currently I have created a number of taskers in my public folders. I would
like to task personnel from these public folders but it will not allow me to
do it. I'm currently using Outlook 2003, is there a way to send taskers from
public folders?

Taskers = task requests?
You can't use public folders for that, alas.
