taskbar

I can't see the open windows (active) on the taskbar , i can see the program that are currently running only in the task manager . what can i do to restore the open window buttons?
 
Same problem. Taskbar buttons missing... somebody can answer this

I see a Simon Ng (11/XI/03), Phena (19/I/04), Xen (12/II/04) y Karen (29/III/04) with this problem.
