Taskbar won't stay on top in IE.

I can't get my taskbar to stay on top when I'm in IE. It's on top all the
rest of the time but as soon as I open up IE it disappears. When I right
click on the taskbar the "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" is
checked. This just started this morning.

Try hitting F11 when IE is open.

The F11 key toggles between Full Screen mode and a Normal or Maximized
window.
