Taskbar Reset On Reboot

Hello,
I just performed an XP update to Vista RC1 (Will do a full format and
Install at a later time). I have noticed that all the changes I make to my
Vista Taskbar, such as the "alignment" of the windows, the Toolbars present,
and the "Default Icons" (ie: Volume) revert back to their original state on
Reboot.
Does anyone know how to repair this issue? Any help would me greatly
appreciated.

I have had the same problem, I set my taskbar to be 3 rows high and include
an address bar, however every reboot it restores to the single row default.
