Taskbar Open Programs Missing

Open or running programs do not appear on my taskbar
anymore. Only way I know what is running is to run task
manager.
I have tried to move, unlock, lock the taskbar to see if
the open programs are hidden, and have looked at all
settings.

Any suggestions?
 
How can I download this repair tool? When I scroll down to line 240 and click to download the file, it only shows a notepad with lots of description

Answered in the other ost.
Either right click the link and select "Save target as"
or Save it from notepad.
In both cases make sure you save it with the .VBS extension.
