taskbar lost

I have no idea how but I lost my taskbar and I cann't
recuperate ... actualy I can not open my taskbar folder
from control panel. Please if you can help me I really
appreciate. If I log in as a guest everything is ok so I
think is something set up wrong. Thanks, Solange
