Taskbar disappeared

I turned my computer on one day and the taskbar was no where to be found. I
have tried everything to find out what happened to it. Has anyone had any
similar problems? Or more so... does anyone know how to fix it. Any input
would be great. Thank you

The fist thing to try is to see if it's been shrunk to zero lines high. Move
your mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen and move it very slightly up
and down, trying to change it to a two-headed arrow. If you succeed, click
and drag it upward to make it one line high again.

If that doesn't work, it may have been shrunk to zero lines *and* also been
moved to another side of the screen. Try the same thing on the other three
sides.

If you fail, post back for more suggetsions.
 
The taskbar is part of Explorer.EXE

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL

Task Manager Should Appear

Go to File -> New Task -> Type in Explorer.exe
