task scheduler

When I try to enter password infomation in the scheduled
task properties and close the propoertys window I get the
following error message.
An error has occured when attemping to set the task
account information the specific error is
0x8007007a The data area passed to a system call is too
small"

Anybody have a fix for this.

Running Scheduled Tasks without a password:

For Pro: Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security
Policy/Local Policies/Security options. In the right hand pane (third down).

Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only.
This is enabled by default, disable it.

For Home: Run Scheduled Task without a Password (Line 68)

Fix did not work. I also viewed the registry and the
limit bland password is in fact disabled. When I try to
run it cannot start and the log reflect attempt to
retrieve account information failed.
