Task scheduler not runing. Attempting to start Task
Scheduler causes error 1717.

Related to trouble shooting Norton Antivirus Auto-Protect,
Email Scanning which cannot be enables.

Have followed posted instructions on microsoft site but
there are no instruction to deal with the Task Scheduler
Error 1717.
