Task scheduler - repeat

I posted this message and apparently it got 2 replies, but only 1 downloaded
for me (tried twice) so I never did get the key reply. Here's the question:
Need help trying to figure out how to get Task Schedule to open a web page
at a particular time. Can this be done?

I'm looking for the reply from Jon, referred to in the 2nd reply but without
the test.
