Task Schedual errors

Every time I want to setup a task I receive an error. Here is what the
error says "The new task has been created but may not run because the
account information has not been set. The specific error is: 0X80004005:
Unspecified error" Has anyone seen this error before? And how do I fix it?

P.S. I did enter my user name and password during setup of task.

Did you double-check that the username/password were there and manually run
the task to see that they were correct?

Yes I did, and the task won't run.
