Task request: no accept or decline on intranet: Why

When I send a task request on our intranet, there is no accept or decline
option on the task that is received by the recipient. However, if I send from
home all is fine and the option to accept or decline the task is presented.
Why is it not appearing on internal task requests?
 
I have a problem like you. but when i send a task request to someone from
home or at office the task just show in Inbox folder at target and the
message do not show to accept or decline.

can any one help me?
maybe i should change some settings in outlook.

Before sending, double-click the recipient's underlined name and make sure that it's set for rich-text format.
