I've noticed when opening My Documents or other file/folders that the task
panel is almost a third of my viewing screen. Is there a
setting/customization to reduce the size of this? Jeff J.

Dear Frank, I'm using WinXP and there's no movable dividing line when
opening a file folder which might be the problem. Again, maybe I've got the
wrong name (Task Panel). I'm discussing the colored area on the left of the
screen which lists File and Folder Tasks, Other Places, and Details. Jeff J.

Oh, that view. The right edge is draggable.
