task manager

I am hoping someone can help me here........... I had to reinstall windows xp and now when I click on ctrl alt delete I get the windows security box with .. lock computer . change password ...task manager . log off . shut down .. buttons .. all I want is the task manager to pop up when I cntrl alt delete ...as well as removing the shutdown windows box when I shut down
I know this may seem silly . but my its a pain ... thanks so much
