Task Manager

Pressing Ctl+Alt+Del launches the task manager, but
displays for just a second or 2. Anyone else experienced
this and have a fix?

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Try this to:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.
