Task Manager

When ever the Task Manager is started, it opens then
closes immediatly. Any command started from the "run
line" such as MSCONFIG, will not stay opened. It displays
on screen, then closes.

Hello!
Are you using anti-virus software? If not, that must be
dealt with immediately.Also run spybot.

1 scan for viruses with the latest virus definitions

2 download and run adaware or spybot

3 test safemode if they work in safemode normally

then use the msconfig utility to isolate the third party
program or service causing the issue and remove it.
