Task Manager

Whenever I attempt to pull up my Task Manager it appears
for about one second and then is gone. The only way I can
get it to react properly is in safe mode. Could this be a
problem in the Registry or is it due to conflicting
devices?

You could be infected with one of these worms:

W32.Spybot.Worm

These viruses terminate Regedit.exe and taskmgr.exe
