Task Manager

Lost all tabs in task manager. No running processes tab,
and no performance. No active processes and no CPU
performance scale. I just installed a new hard drive,
reinstalled Windows2000 Professional, SP4 and the Run time
error patch. Could this be a hacker manipulation, virus or
Windows Update cause.

Double-click on the grey window border.
