Task manager wont launch.

Hi,

I have a problem with task manager. It will not launch
when i press Ctl, Alt + Dlt or Ctl Sft + Esc.
I have the Windows XP firewall active, I have deleted all
temp internet files and history run Ad-aware
6 and Spybot search and destroy. I have also run McAfee
stinger (Network Associates) and have all the latest
windows updates. Any Ideas?
