task manager without menus

Windows XP Home Edition
HP Pavilion t530i

My windows task manager is comming up without any menu/tab on visible though I can change the tab by using ALT+TAB but this way I cant navigate all about .It (Task Manager ) appears as if it were a some window without any menu or title bar but with borders.
Please Help.
 
Well Well Got the solution
thanx to the newsgroup I am thinking of reading this news group for more knowledge in spare time.

It sounds like you're running Task Manager in "Small Footprint
Mode." Simply double-click anywhere along the top or side borders to
return to a normal view. Alternatively, pressing <Ctrl>+<Tab> will
allow you to cycle between the various displays, and <Alt>+<F4> will
close it.
