For the past weeks or two, each time i open Task Manager
none of the buttons or tabs (for alternating between
Performance/Memory etc options) appear at all. Not even
the top-right corner expand and close buttons appear. all
i have is a buttonless sliver of grey around the content
pane. Anyone know how i might be able to fix this? Thanks,
alister

You're running Task Manager in "Small Footprint Mode." Simply
double-click anywhere along the top or side borders to return to a
normal view. Alternatively, pressing <Ctrl>+<Tab> will allow you to
cycle between the various displays, and <Alt>+<F4> will close it.

First time Poster say' i read response to task manager running in tiny
footprint. But it would not open up for me. It is only visible as a open
application in the bottom of the screen. with no text. I think it is
corrupted. It would not open by double clicking on it
