Task Manager Trouble Please help

My task manager has been acting up and whenever i open it
i cannot see the top menu eg: help shutdown processes
etc. and the only way i can close it is to right click a
program and choose go to processes and end the task
manager from there:

P.S. i am not using any windows skin like windows blinds

Greetings --

You're running Task Manager in "Small Footprint Mode." Simply
double-click anywhere along the top or side borders to return to a
normal view. Alternatively, pressing <Ctrl>+<Tab> will allow you to
cycle between the various displays, and <Alt>+<F4> will close it.

Thanks Bruce! I had the same trouble. It was so simple to fix I feel like an idiot but I really don't mind!
 
I have the exact same problem. Mine became like that when i shut down stupid pop ups using it. hopefully someone will know what to do
