task manager title bar not showing

Hey all I am running WinXP Pro with SP2 and when I go to my task manager it
shows the applications running but there is not title bar, so I cannot get to
the performance meter or anything else.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Abe,

To get the missing tabs, double-click the empty space in the Task Manager
Window border.
