Task manager question

How do I get the task manager icon to permanently show up in the system tray
(on the right bottom)?

Sometimes the damned thing won't show up in there at all until I re-boot.
Anybody know the reason for that?

Are you running the desktop settings in Classic Mode or Windows XP mode?
Sometimes the Task Manager systray icon won't display when Task Manager is
minimized if you're running in Classic Mode.

I don't know how to fix this problem.
