Task Manager help - not starting with CTRL+ALT+DEL

I can run Task Manager by going to Start, Run and entering
either c:\taskmgr.exe or c:\I386\taskmgr.exe but not if I
enter taskmgr.exe.

So Task Manager is still on the computer, but does not
start up when I press CTRL+ALT+DEL.

Please help!

The correct location for this program is c:\windows\system32
You should copy it into there.

You maybe be better suited to post to the WindowsXP newsgroup. When
exactly did you lose this functionality?
