Task Manager CPU Usage History

In the Windows Task Manager/Performance there are two grafts for CPU Usage history they are divided by a line.
The one on the left is consistent with the CPU usage but the one on the right seems much higher.
I do have a Intel 820 D Duo Core processor but don't know if that is what this other one is.

You've posted this same question three times in the past several hours.
Are you not seeing your post or is it impatience? If the latter know

What happened was I used a title that went back to 7/06 and I thought it would not be seen. That's why I re posted it.
