In the task manager the process BDSS.EXE is set at normal. Is that right
because it makes my cpu go to 100% alot of the time. Im thinking that slows
my pc down.If that is true would it hurt to set it at below normal? Or is
there anything else I can do?

This process belongs to BitDefender. Uninstall it if you feel your
AntiVirus slows your PC down. Then go fetch some Viruses or think about
it again.

Check with Bit Defender's tech support regarding this.

Good luck
