Task Manager Blank and won't close

When I Ctrl Alt Del, task manager comes up blank and it is stuck on the
screen and won't go away no matter what I do. I have to reboot. Please help
me resolve this.

Enable the Task Manager (Line 51)

Check your settings here: For Pro
Start/Run/gpedit.msc. User Configuration/Administrative
Templates/System/Crtl+Alt+Del Options. In the right pane double click Remove
Task Manager and enable it.
