When I do a Ctrl/Alt-delete, I do NOT get the first Page of the Task
Bar showing what applications are running.
It always opens at the Processes page showing processes and the
memory being used by the individul processes.
The only way I can close this is to click on the cpu Icon and select
close. How do I get this back as it should be???
All help appreciated
Thanks in advance

Double-click just inside the border to get out of small footprint mode.

When starting, the Task Manager usually opens the tab being selected when
the Task Manager was closed. If this is not the case, your system is
either infested by malware or your user profile may be damaged.

Answered in another newsgroup. Please do not send the same message
separately to more than one newsgroup (called multiposting). Doing so
just fragments the thread, so someone who answers in one newsgroup
doesn't get to see answers from others in another newsgroup. And for
those who read all the newsgroups the message is multiposted to, they
see the message multiple times instead of once (they would see it only
once if you correctly crossposted instead). This wastes everyone's
time, and gets you poorer help than you should get.

If you must send the same message to more than one newsgroup, please
do so by crossposting (but only to a *few* related newsgroups).
