task bar

I feel like an idiot. my task bar with start menu is
running vertically on the right hand side of my screen.
I needed to clean my mouse. I can't for the life of me
get it back to the bottom going horizontally.

Right click the Taskbar, and make sure "Lock the taskbar" is *not* checked.
Then holding down left click drag the taskbar down to the bottom of the
screen. This really should work if done properly. We can't clean that
mouse of yours tho'...

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.
