If you want Quicktime to NOT load in the taskbar, check for a feature in
Quicktime in options/preferences, or use Start>msconfig-startup items to
stop it. As for Volume, if you want it in taskbar, Control
Panel.Sounds-check box for "Place Volume icon in taskbar"...I'm not sure if
either of these is "Exactly" what you're asking, but good luck.
