Task Bar Issues

On my task bar, the same bar where the start menu is, my open windows are not displayed like they are form default. How do I fix this problem? The only way I know what windows are open is 'Alt' + 'Tab'. How do I fix this?

You can go to Kelly's site:

and scroll down to line 99, right column: 'Restore the task bar to
default settings.'
