Task Bar & Access

How can I send my Access 97 Application directly to the task bar when
initially opened or when the close X is pressed? Like many commercial
applications.

Windows does it automatically...you don't need to do anything.

I'm sorry, I wasn't specific. I meant the small startup programs' icons
(etc.) on the right end of the task bar with the speaker, network
indicators, etc..

To be more specific, its called the Notification Area.
