I recently installed SP2 for XP and found that it had too
many issues with my new Pentium 4 Prescott so I
uninstalled and started anew with SP1. After having
installed SP1 I could no loger access any of the files
that I had put on my backup Hard Drive during the time I
had run SP2. When I try to change the owner it says that
I don't have access to the security tab even though I'm
on an administrator account.
How do I regain ownership of these files?
