Taking control from OL express and giving it to OL'98

I have a user on my end who mistakenly created a profile
on OLE when she was supposed to be using OL'98. Now all of
her e-mail goes to the OLE instead of OL'98. I have
attempoted to import export the account from OLE to OL98,
and it imports the adresses, but the incoming messages
still go to express. Is there some way to resolve this?
 
Get rid of the mail account in Outlook Express, and reset Outlook as the
default mail program, and instruct the user not to use OE.
 
I hate to be a pain, but how do you "reset" OL'98?

Control panel, internet options, programs - pick OL as default mail client
there.
