Tabs to jump whole screens

Can I modify the TAB so it jumps a whole screen opposed
to one cell at a time. Similar to how the Page Down and
Page Up works.
If my screen was 10 rows wide, it will TAB 10 rows, if
only 8 rows were visible, then it will only TAB 8 rows.

Go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then the Transition tab.
Clear all transition check boxes.

The only way I know of is to use Tools | Options... Transition tab, check
the "Transition Navigation Keys"

That will also change other keys - like how home works.
