TABLES??!!

help! how can i get rid of a table without deleting the
words inside. ive tried copying and pasting but that
dosent work, instead it freezes up. please help i have a
college assigment due in tomoorow and im stuck half way
through.!

Select the table, then select Convert > Table to Text from the Tables menu.
